ASSENT STEEL proudly hosted the 3rd edition of our Workforce Awards, celebrating employees who exemplify our core values of reliability, safety, and excellence. These awards recognize individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance, with no absences or safety violations over a six-month period. This time, nearly 300 employees qualified—a testament to the dedication of our workforce. To honor their commitment, all qualifiers were entered into a draw for exciting prizes, including 10 flight tickets, 14 electronic gadgets, and 20 AED500 vouchers and safety sunglasses for all. This initiative highlights our appreciation for the people who drive ASSENT STEEL’s success.
