Summer Arrangements

As the summer sun heats up, ASSENT STEEL is fully prepared to keep our workforce cool and comfortable.

The well-being of our people is our utmost priority, and we've implemented several measures to ensure a safe and productive summer:

Cooling Down: We've installed ice-making machines and provided all workers with individual water thermoses. Additionally, designated work areas are equipped with their own water coolers for easy access to hydration.

Staying Cool and Ventilated: Over 200 ventilation and jet fans have been strategically placed throughout the workplace to promote air circulation and keep temperatures comfortable.

Cool Rooms for Rest: We have built dedicated cool rooms throughout the ASSENT STEEL factory. These rooms offer a cool and comfortable space for our teams to take breaks and refresh themselves anytime throughout the day.

Hydration Support: Oral Rehydration Solutions (ORS) are readily available to replenish electrolytes and prevent dehydration.

Heat Awareness Training: All workers have completed mandatory heat stress awareness training to educate them on the risks of hot weather and how to stay safe.

Summer Work Hours: We're adhering to strict summer working hours to minimize exposure to the peak heat of the day.
