Our Supervisor Training program concluded successfully with six dynamic sessions, engaging over 80 participants from various departments. This initiative reflects ASSENT STEEL’s commitment to empowering our leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to drive operational excellence. The training focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, effective communication, and decision-making—equipping supervisors to uphold our core values of safety, high quality, and on-time delivery.
