We’ve successfully completed the Second and Third Modules of our Supervisory Management Skills Training, with 86 participants from across ASSENT STEEL’s diverse departments.

These sessions focused on sharpening essential leadership skills in Planning & Organizing, Coaching, and Leading with Emotional Intelligence—empowering our supervisors to lead with clarity, empathy, and purpose.
