The project includes renovation and additions as required to the existing Al Naser Club to increase the existing capacity to 15,000 spectators for Al Naser Club, with associated facilities and provide a comfortable viewing environment and facilities. The stadium should be equipped to the International tournament standard to be able to conduct international sports such as AFC Asian Cup 2019 and in compliance with the following,

• FIFA Football Stadiums Technical Recommendation and Requirements (5th edition)
• Guide to Safety at Sports Ground (5th Foundation by UK DCMS)
• AFC Stadium Regulations for AFC Champions League & AFC Cup (2012 Edition)
• AFC Asian Cup 2019 Organizing Association Agreement
• Other applicable International Stadium requirements
• The project is located at Oud Metha, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE on Plot No. 3190310 with approximate Plot Area of 307,191 Sq.m.
