The Works comprising the carrying out and completion of Plot 4 – 3 Floor Podium and 2 No Office and Hotel Buildings forming part of the project known as Deira Waterfront Development Phase 1 in the Emirate of Dubai and external works within plot limits.

The Works provided for in the Contract shall include but not be limited to the following:-

• Construction of 3 Floor Podium and 2 No Office (4F-8F+Roof) and Hotel Buildings (4F-8F+Roof) inclusive of finishing’s and MEP works shall be executed on top of the existing construction of Palm Deira Metro Station, which is owned and controlled by RTA, as one of the Authorities of the governorate of Dubai Emirate.
• External works within the plot limits
• Connection of services at plot boundaries.

The work of Plot 4, also includes for deep pile foundations to support extensions around existing Palm Deira Metro Station. Extensions of Podium floors commences at ground floor.
